The location was marvellous, right next to the restaurant and the old town. There was a nice outdoor restaurant nearby, and the overall vibe was neat and modern, with seating that made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The single room was stylish and had central heating along with a TV, making it comfortable for my stay. the hotel is situated in a quiet area right in the heart of the city, which was nice for some relaxation. 💤.

Room too hot, couldn't sleep.

Incredibly helpful staff, offering early breakfast and allowing us to keep our things in the room until mid-afternoon. The evening meals were mind-blowing, varied and fairly inexpensive. The hotel's character, with its cosy areas and lovely shady garden, made for a super comfortable stay. The free parking outside, in a quiet residential area, was a jaw-dropping bonus.

The food at this hotel was absolutely delicious! the chef prepared the most extraordinary cuisine that I have ever tasted. the variety and quality of the meals were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

One downside of my stay was that the room lacked fans or air conditioning, so it could get quite warm at times. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

I always come back here when I visit Alp. The staff helped me with a early check in my first stay. It suits me perfectly – Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant, Snack bar, Skiing. I'm coming back for business trip.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with the perfect amount of heating to keep us warm during our stay. The beds were individually-decorated and provided a great night's sleep. We loved having the option of either a double bed or 2 single beds put together. The en-suite bathroom with a bath was a nice touch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the 24 hour front desk. But hey, that's just my opinion!
